Executive Chef David Peck - as a Louisiana native Chef David has always had a sincere love of food. After spending time at a few top tier restaurants in Baton Rouge he opted to attend culinary school at Johnson & Wales University where he graduated with honors. While in South Florida David worked for Chef Mark Millitello at his namesake's restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale and later moved to Texas where he spent time at such restaurants as Nobu Dallas, Nana & Chicago based N9NE Group. Chef David's creativity, diverse background and dedication to quality all combine to help make your dining experience at Morada Bay a memorable one.
